Terraza Group

Our Mission

To offer a close, high-quality product that is respectful of the environment. Our extensive experience in the sector, commitment to quality, respect for the environment, innovation, and continuous updating of our services to meet our guests’ expectations define our values.

Through the development and implementation of our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, in compliance with current standards UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, EMAS III Regulation, and UNE 184001 at Càmping & Bungalows Salatà; UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 at 1935 Hotel & Apartaments; UNE-EN ISO 9001 at Hotel Spa Terraza; and the BIOSPHERE Certification at all three Terraza Group establishments, we assume our commitment and guarantee an appropriate level of quality and sustainability across our facilities and services. Our goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while protecting, raising awareness of, and respecting the environment, and contributing to the promotion of sustainable tourism in our region.
